1. No Refund on Digital Downloads
All products sold on AspirantsOnly are digital files (PDF guides), which are delivered instantly after purchase.
Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or downloaded, unless a valid technical reason prevents access.
Customers are advised to review the product details carefully before completing their purchase.
2. Refund Exceptions
We may approve a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same product.
- Technical error that prevents access to the purchased product, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
- Incorrect product delivered due to a system or human error.
