There are a total of 50 Pg medical colleges in Karnataka offering MD Pharmacology. Out of these, 14 are Government Medical Colleges, 26 are Private Medical Colleges, and 10 are Deemed Medical Colleges.
A total of 40 MD Pharmacology colleges participate in KEA NEET PG Counselling 2025, while 10 colleges participate through MCC (Deemed University) Counselling.

There are a total of 45 MD Dermatology colleges in Karnataka participating under both KEA and MCC counselling. Out of these, 11 are Government colleges, 25 are Private colleges under KEA (making a total of 36 colleges participating through KEA), and 9 are Deemed universities under MCC.

There are a total of 32 MD Biochemistry colleges in Karnataka under both KEA and MCC combined. Out of these, 14 colleges participate through KEA counselling, while 28 colleges appear under MCC allotment.

There are 3 Pg medical colleges in Karnataka offering MD Immunohematology and Blood Transfusion (also known as MD Transfusion Medicine).

There are 5 MD Hospital Administration colleges in Karnataka out of 69 PG Medical colleges in Karnataka. As of 2025, there are 2 MD Geriatrics medical colleges in Karnataka that participate in KEA State Counselling — 1 Government college (Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute) and 1 Deemed University (Yenepoya Medical College). Among these, Yenepoya Medical College also offers MD Geriatrics seats under KEA Counselling.

Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute (BMC) provides state government quota seats for MD Geriatrics through KEA Counselling, which is open only to Karnataka domicile candidates. Yenepoya Medical College participates in both KEA Counselling and MCC Deemed University Counselling.
